We will start from Whisman school park with a one mile warm up run on Steven's creek trail, regroup and stretch. We will going up and down a "pyramid" by starting a hard interval at a one-minute segment, going up to a five minute segment, and then working your way back down to one minute. We will be running for total of 45 minutes. We will (ideally) run this workout together, but please bring a watch in case you stray from the group so that you know when to speed up and when to slow down.

Beginner are always welcome :-). If you a new runner and don't want to try this. you can just come and run at your normal pace.

There is no parking lot, only street parking on Alamo ct and Walker Dr.
