Hi all,
I have had a positive turnout for my "beginner's" run, with runners of all levels coming out. Luckily, everyone has had a running buddy for these runs. Because of the positive turnout, I've decided to call it a run for "everyone." Thank you for coming out to my runs and I hope you continue to. This will be a 4 mile run, 2 out and 2 back. The trail is marked for you faster runners. Let's meet up as usual by the hut kiosk in the middle of the park by the 2 green stretching stations (not by the restrooms). This is a run for beginners, as well as intermediate runners. I hope to continue to get a good turnout so everyone has a running buddy. Thanks again and hope to see you out there.
