Boot Camp!
It is getting darker out so show up ON TIME as we will get started by 6:05!
We will meet at the picnic tables to the right of the track. If you are late, find us either on the track for our warm up or over by the stadiums. If the group is too big for the stadiums, we will be on the ground either in the center of the field or on the track to the right of the exercise equipment if it is free.
Bring a towel and get ready to do some hard core training and plyometrics. (Plyometric movements, in which a muscle is loaded and then contracted in rapid sequence, use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal. It's where speed and power meet)
I am not a professional trainer so only do what you know your body can handle. I have taught a boot camp course before, but at this point I am not certified.
We will do a mile warm up and then do about 45 minutes of exercises (stomach, arm and leg rotations). We will finish with an 800 (1/2 mile) cool down.
I will bring drinks, you bring the energy!
