The meetup point is to the right of the little hut in the middle of this park near the trail across from the playground.

After our run, we will meet to discuss which spring time marathon we'd like to do together. So come with your picks! Come with training suggestions too! We will do our long runs on Saturday as usual, and anyone wanting to run long runs is welcome join us whether or not you will be doing the marathon.

All marathoners experienced or novices welcome; I hope that we can all support and learn from each other, and most of all have fun and make new friends (and keep the old).

Either myself or another organizer will post shorter runs on Saturday that start an hour later, so we can finish at about the same time for a post run social.

Our general training place will be the Campbell-Los Gatos Trail, but we will vary with some different locations, some hill work, and trail runs.

Today will start at Campbell park and run towards Los Gatos High school, meetup for a little rest brake. Then run back. Total Distance to the High School and back is 12 miles.

All different paces welcome.

Post Social/Marathon Meetp at Orchard Valley on Campbell Ave.

(For people who finish running first and get to the coffee house, try to save as big a table as you can!)

Why dont you try Boulanger in Pruneyard next ot Trader's Joe. It has better bagels and it is huge.

Yes, I like Orchard and it is easiest to get to, big and a local business.

The one I was thinking of is The House of Bagels. Vic had one of them in mind, but I'm not sure which one he wanted...but I now think both are too small for our large group. I think we should go to Orchard instead...more tables, more food options, good coffee. What do you think?

The bagel shop across from Whole Foods is Noah's Bagels. :) Corner of Bascom and Hamilton.

12 miles sounds awesome... I'd be game to do a bonus mile even. :)
