We will take the trail to the right of the creek, it runs along HWY 17, up the dam, on the road for a short period, then up a steep hill to the dirt roads that will then get you to the top of the hill. We may make it longer then 5.8 miles but will start with the hill work.

It is advisable to park outside the Fumar Parking lot.

We will meet and greet, and park, and get gear organized at 7:55 then walk on over to our starting point.

  Sorry Latch. Able and Dane were there to check if anyone showed up and he didn't find anyone. I canceled it in the morning because the weather was so unpredictable and people were dropping.

  Turns out that right at 8:00 the weather wasn't too bad. I wish I would have joined you!

  Hi everyone...It's supposed to rain in the early morning, but not when we go out. It's tough to know how the trail will be, so I guess we're just going to have to be flexible and run where and what we can. I would suggest not wearing your brand new super white running shoes. :-)

  Again, if anyone wants to join us for a warmup, Able and I are meeting at 7:15 at the same location.

  Some of us are talking about a 4-5 mile warm up before tackling the big hill. We will meet at about 7:15, and do a run before meeting the 8:00 people who want to run the hill. Please update your status and let us know if you'd like to do the warmup....we'll meet at the same place both times unless everyone starts at 7:15 of course.
