We will break up into two groups -- a faster group and a slower group. We will (ideally) run this workout together, but please bring a watch to monitor your individual time. Please bring a sports watch with you for this workout!!!I have 6 that I can loan out but that's it!
We will start with a mile warm up around the track then we will do 6 repeat 400s (once around the track) at a good speed. Each 400 needs to beat the time before meaning that you need to do the 400 faster each time. That does not mean that you walk the first 400 so that the others only get a bit faster each time. The first 400 should be at 75% of max, the second 80%, the third 85% etc. Your last one will be at 100% speed. Time wise, that means that you should be shaving off at least a few seconds each time. We will have a longer break in between each one -- 3 minutes to recover. We will finish with a mile cool down.
