Well, it's a new year and I'm sure many of you have a resolution to get in shape or to stay in shape. So, let's get out there and run. Let's do 4 miles, 2 out and 2 back, along the Campbell Park Trail. I plan these runs at 7am so you can get a run in before work. I know, I know, it's too cold out there. Come on now, this is California, it's not THAT cold. It's not like it's snowing or anything. So, come on out and join us for a run. It'll be fun.
