We'll run 10-12 miles this week, rain or shine, along the Campbell trail. Come join us, even if you want to run 3 miles or 30 miles. And meet up after for some munchies at Orchard Valley Coffee House in downtown Campbell. Depending on how hard Michelle works us Friday night or how much she plans on spiking the hot cocoa (just kidding Michelle), we may want to shorten the run to a mere 10 miles.

We run about 9 min miles, but all paces find their way and people to run with. We make a few stops to stretch, re-hydrate, re-energize, and catch up with one another.

There are lots of runners out on Saturday morning and parking can be challenging. We will meet and greet and take role at about 7:30, and leave to run no later than 7:45.

Suggestion: bring GU, energy bars and water/sports drink to keep you going if you are running a long distance. Bring a visor, towel, and change of clothes, if you so desire.

After the run, we'll meet at Orchard Valley Coffee House in downtown Campbell. They have drinks and breakfast items and a cozy atmosphere, without a big crowd.
