I am trying to figure it out. It is chicken and egg problem. When people do not pay in advance they usually do not commit to coming, if they do not come, we can?t play. So money is a sign of commitment and a guarantee of quality of participants. Everyone is looking for quality crowd, if you think, $20 is a little money.

What do you suggest we do? How can we solve this chicken and egg problem?
