Recently moved here from Canada - would like to explore the Bay Area by running with others, to make friends with the same interests

10K...so that I don't need to spend the whole month to prepare

How is your injury of leg recovering? believe it or not, my right arm got strained and ached for a month now, don't know when I can run again. leg injury is more common than arm injury, right?
